The success of any reunion depends on the friends who attend. With the assistance of your reunion Committee, we will locate as many alumni as possible. We will do all the telephone work to locate your "missing" alumni. Our professional, full-time researchers utilize our nationwide database, resulting in higher attendance.
Every alumni receives a personal hand-written invitation specially designed for your event. We will promote your reunion through a variety of local/national media (as applicable).
We will handle all registrations and send out confirmations for each of your attendees. This also keeps your committee out of the sensitive situation of having to deal with "money" issues with friends (late payments, returned checks, etc.). We will keep your committee updated regularly on all registrations. We will also post your reunion's attendee list on the internet from our website.
We will make arrangements with the hotel or location of your choice to present your event in the most pleasant surroundings. Each facility will be personally inspected and we will be on site reunion night(s) to ensure your guests are cordially walked through the registration process. If you don't have a site selected, we'll be happy to provide available options.
A special biography form is mailed with the invitation for use in compiling a very special, spiral bound memory book with current news of your classmates. A special memorial page is included for those who have passed on.
We will coordinate with a professional photographer to take pictures during your reunion. Group photos will be available as well as candid snapshots. There is no obligation to purchase.
We will also arrange for a professional DJ to provide the music YOU want for your dancing/listening pleasure. Arrangements for a band can also be made but usually increases the per person cost of your registration.
A specially made name tag will be provided and picked up with the registration packet. When yearbooks can be provided, photos can be included on the name tags to make it a unique keepsake.
We provide decorations and centerpieces for your event to provide a festive atmosphere for your memorable event. We will be happy to coordinate with your ideas and themes.
We will handle all your catering needs by working directly with the caterer to see that the dining experience is carried out smoothly and on time. If you have attendees with special diet needs, we will be sure their needs are met. We will also pay all advance deposits when required.
We can provide a variety of memorabilia for your special event including T-shirts, caps, photo albums, watches and just about anything you could want. Costs vary per item and can be coordinated to your theme or group logo. Some restrictions apply pertaining to quantity.
