Room Rates: 2 Double or King (limited #) - $99.00 plus tax
All rates are subject to a 9.25% Tennessee sales tax, a 6% occupancy tax, and $2.50 per room per night city tax or the current prevailing tax. Group rates will be extended to you three days prior and post-contracted dates, based on availability.
Each person is responsible for arranging their room reservation with the hotel.

FRIDAY: All day check-in, class activities and Cash Bar/DJ/Dance in the evening. This is still a work in progress.
SATURDAY: On your own daytime. Dinner Banquet/Awards & Recognitons/Cash Bar/Group Photos/DJ and Dance
