Registration deadline is May 15, 2004. Afterward a $10 LATE FEE will be charged.
Refunds available until May 1, 2004 minus a $15 service charge.
Because we have to make large financial commitments after May 1st,
there will be NO REFUND after that date.
Registration can be paid via personal check, money order, credit card check or by
PayPal online. When you register before May 15, 2004, you will be sent a
letter, e-mail or FAX acknowledgement.
Your specially-made name badge will be your admission to all events.
