Each person responsible for arranging their room reservation with the hotel.

Registration fee is $100.00 per person postmarked by June 1, 2002.
Registration deadline is June 1, 2002. Afterward a $20 LATE FEE will be charged.
Refunds available until June 10, 2002 minus a $15 service charge. Because we have
to make large financial commitments after June 10, there will be NO REFUND after
that date.
Registration can be paid via personal check, money order, credit card check or by
PayPal online. When you register before June 30, 2002, you will be sent a letter,
e-mail or FAX acknowledgement.
Your specially-made name badge will be your admission to all events. Please have it on
at all times.
