        Room Rates: Double or Single - $82.00 plus tax (also a 16% city room tax)

      Each person is responsible for arranging their room reservation with the hotel.
      Cancellation must be made 72 hours or more prior to arrival or one (1) night will be billed.

      Because we have to make large financial commitments after September 1st,
      there will be NO REFUND after that date.

      PayPal online. When you register before September 1, 2005, you will be sent a
      letter, e-mail or FAX acknowledgement.
      Your specially-made name badge will be your admission to all events.
